§ 22-71. Applicability.

(a)

Sections 22-71 through 22-75 shall apply to all users of the city's wastewater treatment system, as defined in section 22-72 of this division, other than a single-family dwelling or a two-family dwelling as defined in the development code.

(b)

Grease traps or grease interceptors shall not be required for any single-family dwelling or two-family dwelling.
