§ 86-8. Interference, obstruction of public improvements.

It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with or obstruct the performance or carrying out of any public duties or improvements authorized by the city council, the mayor, the director of public works or other public authority by means of threats, coercion, duress or any other method whatsoever, either directly or indirectly.
