§ 78-30. Publication of rules of commission.

The civil service commission shall cause to be published, in printed, mimeographed or similar form, all rules which may be promulgated by it from time to time under this article and shall publish classification and seniority lists for each department in the classified service. Such rules shall be made available upon demand.
