§ 46-56. Contracting with city to correct violations.

The city may contract with any person to correct any property condition which is in violation of this article. The expenses incurred by the city pursuant to correcting such conditions shall be charged to and become a preferential lien on the real estate or lot upon which such expense is incurred.
