§ 94-96. Use of passenger curb loading zones.

No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle for any purpose or period of time, other than for the expeditious loading or unloading of passengers and then only for a period of time not to exceed three minutes, in any place marked as a passenger curb loading zone during hours when the restrictions applicable to such curb loading zones are effective. However when such spaces are adjacent to and serving a hotel or bus station, such period of time may not exceed 15 minutes.
