§ 82-31. Wholesale accumulations.

The places of wholesale accumulations, such as meat processing plants or wholesale fruit and vegetable establishments, where the daily accumulation of garbage, trash, rubbish and recyclables is more than the ordinary quantities, shall make special arrangements for the daily pickup of such garbage, trash, rubbish and recyclables.
