§ 78-163. Employee assistance.

(a)

Alcohol and drug dependence and addiction counseling is available to city employees from the East Texas Council on Drug and Alcohol Abuse.

(b)

Treatment for alcohol and drug dependency may be a covered expense under major medical and health insurance available to city employees.

(c)

The personnel director will provide information on these services to interested employees.
