§ 58-199. Texas standards for public swimming pools and spas rules adopted.

(a)

The following state and federal laws for public swimming pools and spas are adopted by reference:

(1)

The Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act (VGBA), 15 U.S.C. Section 8001 et seq.;

(2)

V.T.C.A., Health and Safety Code ch. 757; and

(3)

V.T.C.A. Administrative Code, § 25.265L, M.

(b)

The provisions of of the V.T.C.A., Administrative Code § 265.208 shall not apply to enforcement of this article.
