§ 46-124. Enforcement.

(a)

Primary responsibility for enforcement of the division shall be by those persons authorized by the city to inspect buildings or businesses for compliance with city codes. Such persons shall, while an establishment is undergoing an otherwise-mandated inspection, inspect for compliance with this division.

(b)

Notice of the provisions set forth in this division shall be given to all applicants for a certificate of occupancy for a business, or any other license to operate a business, in the city.

(c)

Any person may register a complaint regarding the violation of any provision of this division with the city health officer.

(d)

Any owner, manager, operator or employee of any establishment regulated by this division shall be responsible for informing persons violating any provision of this division.
