§ 46-120. Prohibition of smoking in specified outdoor areas.

(a)

Smoking shall be prohibited in the following outdoor areas:

(1)

Boarding and waiting areas of public transportation facilities;

(2)

Zoos; and

(3)

City parks, playgrounds, and recreation areas.

(b)

The use of any tobacco product shall be prohibited in city parks, playgrounds, and recreation areas.
