§ 42-44. Notice of change in ownership.

All changes of 50 percent or more in the ownership of the ambulance operator holding the franchise required under this division shall be reported to the city council within ten days after such change. New owners, new partners or new officers required to qualify individually shall file applications certifying to their individual qualifications.
