§ 2-203. Rules of procedure and bylaws.

The real estate committee may adopt rules of procedure for the conduct of its business. Such rules may include, among other items, provisions for:
(1)

Regular and special meetings open to the public;

(2)

Records of its proceedings, to be open for inspection by the public; and

(3)

Annual reports to the city council.
