§ 2-169. Rules of procedure and bylaws.

The main street advisory board may adopt rules of procedure for the conduct of its business. Such rules shall include, among other items, provisions for:

(1)

Regular and special meetings open to the public;

(2)

Records of its proceedings, to be open for inspection by the public;

(3)

Report to the city council annually or more frequently as requested by council; and

(4)

Minimum requirements for member training and education.
