§ 26-278. Hours of operation.

(a)

The regulations in this section apply to adult arcades, adult bookstores, adult video stores, adult cabarets, adult motion picture theaters, and nude model studios.

(b)

A sexually oriented business subject to the provisions of this section may not be open for business after midnight and before 9:00 a.m. on Monday through Saturday, or after midnight and before noon on Sunday.
