§ 26-217. Compliance with state law.

If any pawnbroker or person doing business as such shall receive any article in pledge or sell any article pledged to him without complying with Vernon's Ann. Civ. St. art. 5069-51.01 et seq. regulating pawnbrokers, he shall be punished as provided in Vernon's Ann. Civ. St. art. 5069-51.17.
