§ 26-190. Display.

(a)

Peddlers. Every peddler doing business within the city shall display his permit upon the request of any person.

(b)

Itinerant vendors. Each itinerant vendor shall at all times keep the permit prominently displayed upon the premises or place where the business authorized thereunder is being conducted or carried on. Each of such permits shall be required to be in force and effect so long as the business for which the permit is procured shall be continuously carried on.
