§ 26-334. Penalty.

Any person violating any provision of this article shall be punished as provided by section 1-13 of this Code. Provided, however, that should a violation of this article also constitute a violation of the provisions of V.T.C.A., Occupations Code ch. 1956, the criminal penalties prescribed for a violation of that chapter by state law shall apply.
