§ 26-332. Definitions.

The terms used in this Article shall have the same meanings as defined in V.T.C.A., Occupations Code ch. 56, as amended from time to time.

"Person" shall mean an individual, group of individuals, proprietorship, corporation, partnership, wholesaler, retailer or any licensed or unlicensed business.
