§ 26-81. Operation of business.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate an amusement center at any hour other than those stated in section 26-103. However, nothing in this section shall prohibit the operation of other business or enterprises located in the same building at other hours. The operator of an amusement center shall not permit the violation of this article.
