§ 26-30. Operation of business.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a billiard hall at any hour other than those stated in section 26-53. However, nothing in this section shall prohibit the operation of other business or enterprises located in the same building at other hours.

(b)

The operator of the billiard hall shall not permit the violation of any of the sections of this article.
