§ 22-415. Appeal from denial or revocation.

The applicant for an alarm permit or an alarm permit holder may appeal the decision to deny or revoke a permit within ten business days after notice of the decision to deny or revoke a permit. The appeal shall be filed with the city clerk and shall set forth the reasons for the appeal. The appeal shall be heard by the city manager, whose decision shall be final.
