§ 22-86. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Building official means the building official or his duly authorized representative.

Electric supply agency means the electric utility authorized to deliver electric power to retail customers within the city.
