§ 22-53. Certificate of occupancy.
A certificate of occupancy for an existing building shall be required when:
(1)
There is to be a change of use.
(2)
A vacant building is to be re-occupied.
a.
A building changes tenants, ownership, or responsible party for said building.
b.
One- and two-family dwellings are exempt from the above requirement.
