Article II. PROHIBITION OF NUDITY IN COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENTS SERVING OR PERMITTING THE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

§ 10-28. Penalties.

Any violation of the provisions of this article shall be subject to the general penalties applicable for such violations as the same are set out in section 1-13 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Palestine.
