§ 10-4. Consumption of alcohol, possession of open containers in public places.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to consume alcohol or have in his possession an open container containing an alcoholic beverage in any public place within the city limits. As used in this section, the term "public place" means any place to which the public has access and includes but is not limited to common streets, highways, alleyways and parking lots.
