§ 15.20. Propane sales and distribution.

In addition to the requirements applicable within the districts where such uses are permitted, or any requirements of a specific use permit granted within the City of Palestine corporate limits, the following requirement shall be complied with:

Fire safety analysis. Upon submittal of an application for a specific use permit for propane sales and distribution, the applicant shall provide a fire safety analysis report prepared by a licensed engineer.
