§ 14A.1. Historical district; description.

  • The comprehensive zoning ordinance and the historical preservation zoning ordinance, are hereby amended by adding the downtown historical district to the hereinafter described properties which historical district shall appear on the city zoning map bearing the suffix "HD", said properties being located in the City of Palestine, Anderson County, Texas and individually described as follows, to wit:

    All the lots in Blocks A, B, C, D, J, K, L, M and N, Railroad Addn. All the lots in Blocks 50, 51, 52, 103, 104, 105, 140, 141, 142, 143, 162, 163, 164, Original Addn. All the lots in blocks 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, and lots 13, 14, 15, 16, Block 43, DeBard Addn. All the lots in Blocks A, B, C, D, Bulter Sbdv. And lots 16, 16, 18A, 18B, 19a, 19B, 20A, 20B, 20C, Block 160, Original Addn. Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 11B, 12, 12B, 13, 13B, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, Block 161, Original Addn. Lots 1, 4, 5, 6A, 6B, 6CXA, and 8, Frac Block 15, Original Addn. Lots 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16A, 16B, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22A, 22B, 23, and 24, Block 101, Original Addn.
