The planned unit development is a permitted use designed to provide for development which may incorporate residential, commercial and related land uses that are planned and developed as a unit. Such developments may consist of individual lots or common building sites. Usable open space must be an essential and important element of the plan related to effecting the longterm value of the entire development.
